The functionality of ChiroPractice Pro in the ability to manage documentation and the practice is first class, but the Communication Window is the most exciting component of the system. It allows you to reach out to your patients, inform them of new services, and builds the relationship with patients to foster referrals and life long customers.

In the video below, we also discuss the interaction between the Reports Window and the Communications Window. In the example, we showed how easy it was to announce a new service to patients that have been to the office in the last 90 days. The email in the example took patients to a blog post, then directly to the patient portal to schedule themselves.

And that’s just the start. You could run a report on patients who haven’t been in the office in over 60 days, and get them back on your schedule. Let’s get that schedule full, and do it with the Communications Window.
